E-Subro Hub Report Migration in 2018
AF has been providing updates throughout the year to changes being made to the E-Subro Hub reporting platform. The initial transition of the nine most commonly requested reports from the “E-Subro Hub: All Demands” folder has been completed.
We have created a list of reports
as they are named in the legacy folder with their corresponding names in the updated reporting platform to help members transition easily.
As you review the new reports, you will see that some new data columns have been added; others have been removed; and the order may have changed. However, much of the information is similar to what you have seen in the past. The definition of the different data points will also be familiar to individuals who routinely run E-Subro Hub reports.
AF will continue to maintain the legacy report folders for several weeks, so members can smoothly transition to the new reporting tool. After the transition period, access to the legacy folder will be removed. Should a report that you occasionally run be one that is no longer available on the report menu, please contact us at email@example.com
to review your needs further.

is available to assist users with the new reporting tool.
This initial report transition is the first step to moving E-Subro Hub report functionality to a more robust and flexible platform. In 2019, AF will continue the report migration, addressing remaining member reports. AF will also begin to offer more enhanced features of the new reporting platform:
- Enabling members to view their most requested data through interactive dashboards/data visualizations.
- Working with members to identify and provide interactive key performance indicators (KPIs) that will bring the most important data to life.
- The ability for members to schedule reports, eliminating the need to manually run reports during peak work hours.
In the coming years, AF will collaborate with members to build long-term strategies that may take advantage of some of the most powerful capabilities of the new platform. These include, but are not limited to, member self-service (by power users) as well as the reporting team’s ability to receive and provide data feeds to members.

Effective October 1, 2019: All Automobile Subrogation Arbitration Program Claims To Be Filed in TRS® Platform
Arbitration Forums, Inc. (AF) is upgrading its current arbitration platform to an exciting new arbitration and subrogation platform called Total Recovery Solution®
). Developed with feedback from our members, TRS is designed to streamline your recovery and resolution processes. TRS takes a new approach to arbitration, resulting in shorter cycle times, reduced filing and decision errors, enhanced arbitrator workflow, and improved decision quality.
Member adoption and usage of our upgraded TRS technology platform continues to grow! As of today, 18 companies currently participate. These companies recognize the benefit of early adoption, and over 6,300 cases have been filed this month alone.
TRS is being delivered to AF’s members in a phased approach, and we invite your organization to begin participating in late April. In the interim, we would like to work with you to ensure an easy and successful transition. The TRS platform is currently available for automobile subrogation arbitration program claims only (cases filed in our Auto program), and it will become the exclusive platform for all automobile subrogation claims by October 1, 2019
. Upgrades will continue in 2020
when additional coverages/programs are added (i.e., PIP and Med Pay).
