Security Information Request Protocol

In today’s evolving cybersecurity landscape, protecting sensitive data is paramount. Arbitration Forums, Inc. (AF) supports member companies by providing transparency into its security posture, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Requesting Security Information
Member companies may request information related to:
  • Third-party risk
  • Data protection
  • Security protocols
AF provides the following documents upon request:
  • SOC 2 Type 2 Report
  • SIG (Standard Information Gathering) Questionnaire responses
  • Policy and procedural responses
Access Requirements
To receive AF’s confidential security documentation, the requesting member must have one of the following active agreements in place:
  • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  • Master Services Agreement (MSA)
  • Data Integration (DI) Agreement
Depending on the request, AF may provide a secure link for document access.

All security risk assessment requests and related inquiries should be directed to the AF Compliance Team at compliance@arbfile.org.
