Revised Reference Guide

AF is pleased to announce that the Guide for Arbitrators has been updated to further address Damage Award Calculations in Concurrent Coverage cases (p. 35) and Double-Dip Payments (p. 44). 

The guide is a valuable resource that addresses issues that may arise while hearing cases. Other topics include deferments, policy limits, and liability disputes.
