Image of a wrench on a keyboardArbitration Forums, Inc. has been releasing new enhancements to E-Subro Hub in 2018 to improve user efficiencies. The upcoming enhancements scheduled for September 2018 will be visible primarily to TPAs involved in an E-Subro Hub workflow. The functionality has been available for member-owned demands but will now be accessible for demands assigned to a TPA.

TPA Enabled for Mass Reassign
The Mass Reassign functionality allows the bulk reassignment of demands from a user or a business unit to another user or business unit within a company. The TPA security administrators can assign the ‘Subro Mass Reassign’ privilege under the ‘Set Privileges’ tab of the ‘User Maintenance’ page for a TPA user.
