As of February 18, members are now able to delete personal representatives at any time before the filing is scheduled for hearing. Currently in TRS, a member personal representative must be added to a filing before a witness or insured is permitted to be added as a personal representative. In the same vein, members will be able to delete the last member personal representative only if all other types of representatives have been deleted. Please note that if the last personal representative is deleted, the member will not be able add a new personal representative.
