AF is pleased to share that the My Support Inquiries worklist now includes a section for Post-Decision Inquiry Support issues. These are questions a party or AF may have regarding a decision that requires further clarification. Previously, an email notification with a link to the case and decision was the only way for the arbitrator to view the case and respond to the inquiry. Now, if the email is missed or deleted, arbitrators can view the post-decision inquiry in their worklist. To help ensure these issues are promptly resolved, we strongly recommend arbitrators frequently monitor this worklist.
