Arbitration Forums, Inc. (AF)’s Board of Directors recently approved changes to the filing fee schedule. Effective January 1, 2023, filing fees will be increasing for most programs by $7. A comparison of the upcoming and current fees is available on AF’s website.

AF is a not-for-profit organization. In years past, we have reduced fees when possible to benefit our membership, while providing the same innovative products and exceptional service. In these challenging times, increasing our fees allows us to continue to meet, and exceed, our members’ recovery and resolution needs.

AF has dedicated itself to serving our members for almost 80 years. We remain committed to being a good steward of our members’ resources by providing efficient and cost-effective solutions. With that in mind, AF will continue to offer the use of E-Subro Hub and Settlement Exchange System at no charge.
