  1. What level of authority is needed to sign an agreement?
     
    • A corporate officer, senior level executive, or an individual that has the authority to bind your organization to a nationwide contract must sign the agreements.

  3. I am a security administrator, now what?
     
  4. I am a TPA that needs to file on behalf of a member company, what do I do?
     
    • The TPA Letter of Consent must be submitted on the member company letter head, a corporate officer, senior level executive, or an individual that has the authority to bind their organization to a nationwide contract, and cannot be case specific. The completed TPA Letter of Consent can be emailed to membership@arbfile.org.
