AF has made revisions to the following pages of the Reference Guide and Guide for Arbitrators.

Reference Guide
  • Rule 2-1 – Added clarification regarding feature damages sought and rebuttal evidence (p. 38)
  • Rule 2-5 – Added clarification related to prior payments (p. 47)
  • Rule 3-1 – Added a note regarding global email addresses (p. 58)
Guide for Arbitrators
  • Revised first paragraph to align with Rule 2-4 (p. 32)
  • Revised Shared Evidence section for consistency with Rule 2-1 (p. 38)
  • Revised first paragraph for clarity (p. 39)
  • Added further information relating to Total Loss vs. Repair disputes (p. 42)
  • Added third example to Scenario 1 that explains how to enter credit when the proven cashed payment is more than the amount alleged by the responding company (p. 45)
  • Added further explanation regarding double-dip payment credits (p. 47)
