Revisions to AF’s Guide for Arbitrators

AF has made the following revisions to the Guide for Arbitrators.
  • Revision to the Deferment section (p. 8)
  • Added a clarification relating to a jurisdictional exclusion for stolen vehicles (p. 12)
  • Added information relating to liability deductibles (p. 19, second paragraph)
  • Liability Decision/Breach of Duty
    • Added additional guidance for multiple impact losses to the end of the first paragraph (p. 24)
  • Shared Evidence (Auto Forum)
    • Added a third scenario to address rebuttal evidence (p. 41)
