New and Improved: Arbitrator Onboarding

Arbitration Forums, Inc. (AF) is excited to soon be launching a fresh, simplified arbitrator onboarding experience on December 8, 2025! Both aspiring and current arbitrators will soon be able to take advantage of a new registration form, complete with a dynamic set of questions based on the types of cases an arbitrator is interested in hearing.

In addition, we will be streamlining testing by moving all exams into AF’s Arbitrator Testing site.

To see more benefits, check out the article published in the September E-Bulletin.

What’s New for Current Arbitrators
Once available, current arbitrators who would like to add coverages will need to register for each coverage by completing the new registration form. Arbitrators can register for multiple coverages at once. Previous experience and qualifications will also be submitted through the form. Please keep in mind that arbitrators must have approval from their supervisor before adding coverages. Once submitted, the status of an application can be reviewed on the Registration Status page.

Enhanced Security
To ensure the safety of our systems, login credentials will be required to access the new registration form. If a prospective arbitrator does not currently have login credentials for AF’s website, they will need to request one through their company’s security administrator.

Testing Deadline
Any in-progress testing must be completed by December 1, 2025. Testing that is incomplete by this deadline will need to be restarted on December 8, 2025.

AF is looking forward to introducing this new process aimed at improving efficiency for arbitrators. Stay tuned as we share more details in the coming months!
