AF is excited to announce that Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics for TRS will launch on December 8, 2022! Based on member feedback, the KPIs will be presented in a similar fashion to the Online Filing (OLF) dashboard and will include total features submitted, responded, and heard within a selected time-frame, along with other performance indicators such as total amount sought and awarded. The KPIs included will, at a summary level, inform member companies on their recovering and responding efforts and assist them in evaluating their arbitration workflows. These analytics will be the first phase of what AF plans to offer. There will be additional analytics related to the KPIs provided in the future based upon member feedback.
