Tips on Attaching New Evidence

Have you seen one of these warning messages when leaving an E-Subro Hub demand?

We’ve been receiving several inquiries regarding evidence error messages when attaching new evidence. For all newly attached evidence, please remember to select an Evidence Type. If “Other” is the Evidence Type, always enter an Evidence Description. After making changes, please click the “Save Evidence” button before moving forward.

Keep in mind that a warning message may not be related to recent activity; it could be an old piece of evidence that was never attached correctly. It is important to read the warning message and review all of your company evidence items to determine the cause of the error.
