As announced in May, Arbitration Forums, Inc. (AF) will be introducing a series of enhancements over the course of 2020 that better align E-Subro Hub functionality with today’s most common subrogation workflows. 

On August 8, AF will introduce the Reduced Payment negotiation action for the responder to facilitate the regular practice of paying the undisputed amount of a claim. The enhancement affords more clarity and transparency to the negotiation process and provides for more accurate claim reporting data. 

Please note that members may continue to use the Counter Offer action when sending a Reduced Payment. This can be due to a variety of factors, including a desire to keep negotiations open despite having made the decision to send a reduced payment.
