As communicated in previous E-Bulletins, the ability to file PIP and Med Pay Arbitration in TRS is coming soon, with a planned rollout in Q4 of this year. This does not include New York PIP.
If you file or respond in PIP or Med Pay, we understand that you currently work in our legacy system and may not have had the opportunity to use TRS. To support the transition of these forums to TRS, we will offer live, user-specific webinars, and on-demand tutorials with content specific to your role (Recovering Party, Adverse Party, and Arbitrator). For those of you who already work in TRS, we will also offer job aids that outline the differences in User Interface between Collision/OTC in TRS and PIP and Med Pay in TRS.
