How to Submit an Arbitrator Support Inquiry

Need to submit an arbitrator support inquiry? In TRS, arbitrators can request assistance by using Decision Actions in the top-right corner of the decision workflow.



From the drop-down menu, select the inquiry type, enter the inquiry, then select create.



Arbitrators can also check the status of their inquiries from their worklist in the “My Support Inquiries” tab by selecting “View Inquiry.”
