Enhancement to the Remove/Replace Party Process

The Remove/Replace Party window was enhanced to provide more information about the party requesting to be removed when:
  • They have been named as primary/excess,
  • They have been named as a liability carrier, and/or
  • The parties have received payments from this party.

When replacing a party and the party being added to the case is non-signatory, the naming party will be required to indicate if they have consent from the non-signatory party. If “yes” is selected, then they will be provided with an option to attach evidence for the consent.
