E-Subro Hub Demands to TRS: New Damage Field Functionality

On July 9, 2022, AF will release a new functionality for damage fields for demands originating in E-Subro Hub that are then moved to Total Recovery Solution® (TRS®).

Currently, when filing a demand in E-Subro Hub for a total loss, the amount entered in the “Other Amount” field in E-Subro Hub will be displayed as “Personal Property” once the demand is moved to TRS.

With the new functionality, amounts entered in the “Other Amount” field in E-Subro Hub will be listed as “Salvage Expense” once the demand is moved to TRS. If the demand is not a total loss and there is an amount entered in the “Other Amount” field in E-Subro Hub, TRS will continue to convert “Other Amount” to “Personal Property.” A banner will appear on the feature page to advise the member to check their damage types for accuracy.
