Six New E-Subro Hub Enhancements to Help You Be More Efficient

Arbitration Forums, Inc. will be releasing several new enhancements to E-Subro Hub® in 2018 to improve user efficiencies. The first release will occur on April 21, 2018, by adding flexibility to manage an E-Subro Hub demand from a user’s Work List.

The gear icon that appears in the E-Subro Hub Work List will now have additional action items. Several of these actions are listed under the Manage Demand and Assign menus inside the E-Subro Hub demand. Users will be able to initiate these actions directly from the Work List and land on the appropriate page. Upon completion of an action, the user can easily return to the Work List to continue managing his or her claims. It should be noted that a user’s ability to view certain actions listed in this article are related to a company’s E-Subro Hub configurations and an associate’s assigned privileges or role.

Actions that can currently be accessed from the Work List gear icon are:
  • Cancel Diary
  • Set Diary
  • Acknowledge Demander Acceptance
  • Release Ownership
  • Quick Assign
  • Send to Batch Print

The new actions that will be available from the Work List gear icon are:
  • Close Demand
  • Take Ownership
  • Add Evidence
  • Print Demand
  • Assign Task to Business Unit
  • Add Payment

Close Demand

The Close Demand action allows a Demander to go from the Work List to the “Close Demand” page. After closing the demand, the Demander may return to the Work List or the Demand Detail tab.

Take Ownership

The Take Ownership action allows a user with the required Subro Change Ownership privilege to take ownership of a demand from the Work List without having to navigate into the demand. A message appears on the page advising the demand was assigned.

Add Evidence

The Add Evidence action navigates the user to the Evidence tab in the demand detail to attach the evidence. After adding the evidence, the user may return to the Work List or stay in the demand.

Print Demand

The Print Demand action creates a new tab/window (based on browser’s setting) with the print options. After printing the demand, the user closes the tab/window and returns to the Work List.

Assign Task to Business Unit

The Assign Task to Business Unit is visible to companies with the Task Feature enabled. A user is directed to the “Assign Task to Business Unit” page to perform the action. After completing the assignment, the user may return to the Work List or the Demand Detail.

Add Payment

The Add Payment action navigates the Demander to the “Add Payment” page. After entering the payment amount, the Demander may return to the Work List or the Demand Detail tab.
