System Maintenance, July 2018

Upcoming Enhancements to E-Subro Hub
As part of AF’s ongoing commitment to release new E-Subro Hub enhancements that improve efficiency, additional enhancements will be available July 1, 2018.
The upcoming enhancements will be visible primarily on a user’s demand listing page. The most common demand listing pages are a user’s Work List or Custom Search screen.
The following is a brief description of each of the upcoming changes. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with these new additions to fully benefit from them.
Original Damage Amount Will Be Added to the Demand List
An “Original Amt” (Original Amount) column will be added to the demand listing page. This value is based on the damages entered by the issuing party when the demand was created or reflects the current value if the Demander used the Edit Original Damages action. The “Demand Amt” and “Response Amt” (Response Amount) columns will be unchanged. The “Demand Amt” indicates the current negotiation amount for the demanding party, while the “Response Amt” shows the most recent offer from the Responder. If a system user commonly runs the My Work List report, this column will be added to the Excel and PDF export options.
Total Loss Indicator Will Be Added to the Demand List
A “Total Loss” column will be added to the demand listing page. The “Total Loss” indicator will appear in this column when the total loss checkbox has been selected by the issuing party when the demand was created or when the Edit Original Damages action has been used to update the total loss checkbox. If a system user commonly runs the My Work List report, this column will be added to the Excel and PDF export options.
Display Scheduled Diaries Will Be Added to the Demand List
A “Show Diaries” button is being added to the demand listing page. When this button is clicked, diaries that are scheduled to expire within 30 days will be visible. The counts are based on demands assigned to a user or to a business unit. The user option is the default view. If the business unit radial is selected, the result will display demands that are assigned to a business unit that the user is associated with (Note: A system user can be associated with one or multiple business units).
Set Diary Function Enhanced
When setting a diary, the Scheduled Diaries pane displays, giving the system user the flexibility to select a diary date that best helps to manage his or her case load. Once a system user enters a number of days until expiration, or selects a date on the calendar, the enhanced diary view will show the existing diary volume for the selected date as well as the preceding and subsequent days. A second pane in the diary view will show the 30-day Scheduled Diaries list as reviewed above.
Last Action Sorting Will Be Added to Custom Search
A “Last Action” filter will be added to the Custom Search page. Currently, the “Last Action” filter is only available under the Work List page. This will allow system users to quickly filter for demands based on the selected last action while using the added filter options available in a Custom Search.
The “Last Action By” filter provides additional filtering by role (Demander or Responder). Note that “Last Action By” can only be used to narrow the results for demands that have Accept, Counter, Request for Information, or Reply to a Request as the last action. These are actions that can be performed by both parties, so having a “Last Action By” filter makes it possible to create a unique list. Actions such as Deny, Issued, Supplement, and Investigation can only be initiated by a Responder or Demander. If those actions are the last action, there would be no need to narrow the result because it would already be known that the Demander or Responder initiated the command.
